How will I receive my final images or videos?

You’ll receive high-resolution files through a private online gallery or download link. Physical copies (prints, albums) are available upon request.

What happens if there is bad weather or I need to reschedule?

We’re flexible! Outdoor shoots can be rescheduled due to bad weather at no extra cost. For other rescheduling, just give us at least 24 hours' notice.

Can I get the raw photos or unedited video footage?

We typically deliver only the final, edited content to maintain our professional standards. However, RAW files can be made available for an additional fee upon request.

Yes! We can provide same-day highlight photos or video teasers for an additional fee — great for sharing on social media.

What gear do you use?

Do you work with a team or solo?

This depends on the project. For smaller shoots, one shooter is usually enough. For larger events (like weddings), we often work with a second shooter or assistant to ensure full coverage.
